EASTER TEST on photopeach

Easter is coming soon! Easter is an important Christian festival and holiday celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ. There are many customs for celebrating Easter in Britain, such as: painting eggs, giving Easter eggs to friends and family and have Easter egg hunts with eggs hidden by the Easter bunny. But what else do you know about this festival? Try this test I have done on photopeach. The posters are from the DLTK page. Remember, you´ve got only 5 seconds to answer the questions.

MY DAD by learn english kids

Father´s Day is a day of commemoration and celebration of Dad. it is a day to honor your father. Father´s Day is celebrated in US in June. Other Countries celebrate this day throughout the year. In Spain it is celebrated on March, 19th. To commemorate this special day, my pupils are going to describe their dads ( clothes and abilities in year 3, routines in year 4). This blog post is a very useful guide for this task.

A TEST ABOUT THE LEPRECHAUNS

St. Patrick’s Day is almost here. It is on March, 17th. And this year we are going to dedicate this special day to the leprechauns, one of the symbols of  St. Patrick´s Day. A leprechaun is an Irish fairy, a tiny old man, about 2 feet tall, dressed like a shoemaker. But what else do you know about the leprechauns?

THE ORQUESTRA on you tube

Hi, again, 3rd graders! As we´ve been learning in our cross -curricular lesson today, the orquestra is a group of musicians playing different musical instruments and it is divided into different sections or families according to type of instruments: percussion, wind, string and brass.  These two videos are good tools to review this cross-curricular theme.
