Hi, my awesome students! Welcome to the new school year. It is going to be an amazing year. We will learn English by using ALL ABOUT US NOW 3. We will meet Tom and his family and friends. We will follow him visiting a photo exhibition of animals, at school, making pizza at home, playing in the park, acting in a school play...I hope you enjoy it and you learn lots of things. And remember: Always be positive!

Hi, kids! We are pretty lucky! On Wednesday 4th, we go to the theatre. "Face 2 Face company" will perform the play "MY FUNNY FRANKENSTEIN". It is recommended that students be prepared before attending the show as it will increase their motivation, understanding and enjoyment. That´s why we are going to work on this play next week with some activities designed by Face 2 Face and also with these videos I have created with the audio tracks of the story and the songs. I hope you enjoy them .

CROSSING CANYON TO GET TO SCHOOL

Hi, kids! Did you like the story we´ve seen in our English lesson today, "Lin´s dangerous crossing"? Remember that it is a true story  about getting to school. 

Although the story is set in a village in the mountains in China, something similar happens in other places, like in Los Pinos, in Colombia. They don´t have a school bus, they use a zipline across a canyon to get to school. The only alternative to the zip line is a two hour walk each way.
